5th Phoenix Ammonia Safety Day Exceeds Expectations

Plan, Drill and Inform was the theme of this year's Ammonia Safety Day in Phoenix, put on by the Arizona Chapter of RETA and sponsored and supported by more than 30 manufacturers, suppliers and service providers. Attendance at this year's event topped 150, allowing us to further our purpose of educating and informing refrigeration operators and technicians on best safety practices. We were also proud to continue the tradition of welcoming and training fire department personnel and other first responders on the latest best practices for emergency medical response and recovery.

The event's presentation and training slides can be accessed here.

Our Safety Training Seminar series continues in 2014 with the Incident Command Course -- back by popular demand and revised to include the latest methods for situation management in the event of a facility chemical release. Look for more information coming soon.
